Star San is a flavorless, odorless, food grade no rinse sanitizer. It is very effective killing system that attacks bacteria and other microorganisms. It's foaming action helps it reach deep into cracks and crevices. Mix one oz per 5 gallons of water. This bottle will make 160 gallons. Also works great in spray bottle. Min contact time for sanitizing is 30 seconds, 1 to 2 min is recommended. The bottle makes mixing VERY easy. Just squeeze the bottle and concentrate goes into mixing chamber for ½ or 1 oz, this will make 2.5 or 5 gallons of solution.

Excellent sanitizer and great price
Use this for all sanitizing, and have never had an infection or off-taste in beer. You can mix a batch of this and it will keep for several weeks if covered or kept in a spray bottle. The only downside is that it will dry out your hands after using/touching it.
