This is a complete adapter for using a pin valve CO2 cylinder on a beer regulator. Note that this will ONLY work with a right hand threaded regulator. Many regulator bodies are left hand thread, including Taprite, Cornelius and others. We sell this primarily as a replacement part for someone that has already purchased a pin valve regulator
