This is a used 5 Gallon Ball Lock, Soda Keg (pepsi style). This keg has been cleaned and soaked in a hot "Brew Clean" cleaning solution, re-rinsed, lubed and re-pressurized to check the seals. These kegs could have small dings, dents or scratches. These will not effect the function of the kegs. Many have stickers on the outside. The lids are oval shaped and are not interchangeable with any other style kegs. We fully guarantee your satisfaction with the kegs you purchase.

Great bargain
The keg came pressurized, so no questions I f it held pressure and with new o-rings. Few dings and clean what more could you want. Will definately be back for more gear.

Good deal on unique keg
Like others have said, the Black Friday deal was great with a shipped keg for less than two pictures of Andrew Jackson. Keg arrived pressurized and was banged up to a minor degree. I was a little worried when it was marked "ROOT BEER" but I didn't detect any sarsaparilla smells when I popped off the lid. Assuming it will work well once I brew the next batch.

First keg - good deal
What seemed like a great deal on Black Friday. Keg arrived in a few days and appears to be in overall good shape aside from a few dents and one bulge which is expected. Service and product both good so far! Looking forward to using it once I acquire a few more components.

Great deal, great keg!
I just picked one up because of the awesome cost and got it today, mine looks immaculate, as others have said it uses the racetrack lid, but I won't need to interchange anything anyways. Can't wait to get a batch going in it!

great deal
I ordered this keg on Black Friday for very cheap. Upon arrival, it was holding pressure and it came with extra gaskets and cleaning powder. It has a few dings and decal remnants but nothing substantial; this was expected as it is a used keg. Considering the price and quality, this is a great deal and I recommend.

Good deal on a used keg.
I got this keg during the Black Friday sale so it was the lowest I've paid for a used keg in the past year. Overall I'm happy so far with the purchase although I haven't put a batch of homebrew in it. Since it is a Firestone type keg with the "racetrack" style lid, the dip tubes, ball lock posts and lid are NOT interchangeable with other Cornelius kegs. It's a bit banged up and covered in old decal fragments including a Pepsi Cola decal but this is expected with an old used keg. It came pressurized so I'm sure it will dispense just fine. In the least, it will serve as a good cleaner/sanitizer keg. Lastly, shipping was cheap and fast. Ordered on Friday, received on Tuesday. A free o-ring kit and keg clean sweetened the deal (although all the o rings are not compatible with this keg). I'll come back to kegconnection again when shopping for keg related items.

Outstanding Construction. Good Condition
My initial impressions were this style keg is far superior to the other ball lock kegs I have. The metal handle on the top won't disbond like the rubber ones and the bottom rubber pad/stand part is much more sturdy than the others as well. Overall, if I could have had these over my other ball lock kegs, I'd have gotten them all this way. Awesome design.

worried about the lid seal
It is not the beat lookingkeg but my concern is the lid sealing properly. Once pulled out of the package it already started to bubble around the seal
