Bergamot™ hop pellets are commonly associated with aroma traits including Mango, Orange, Dank, Cherry, Zest, Lemongrass, Lime Aid, Juniper and Orange Juice. They are subtly nicknamed "O.A.F." by the brewers in the GLH Brew Group. They have crafted some incredible first round trial brews with this hop and can attest to the citrus punch, as there is no lack of orange flavor and aroma. You won't need to garnish your beer with an citrus slice ever again.
